Comments: I have been in search of a new primary care physician for a couple of years. I loved my old physician however, they recently started charging a facility fee for each visit that my insurance did not cover so I thought instead of paying that to a doctor that I go to and wait for an hour tor more to see I would meet with Dr Downs. What a great decision! I am so glad to be with this practice. Dr Downs and Jamie are wonderful people that made me feel like family immediately. They actually know me by name, remember me when I come in and I have never had to wait in a lobby full of sick people to see Dr Downs. I highly recommend Dr Downs Concierge approach to medicine and to my healthcare. Incidentally, any,timeI have needed to see the doctor I have been scheduled immediately. I even had to cancel once and they were so accommodating to get me in right away even though it was my fault that I had to cancel. Just meet with Dr Downs as a consultation and I promise you, you will be sold!
