Comments: While we love our pediatrician, we sought out Dr. Downs and his team to blend functional medicine and modern medicine to help one of our children who was demonstrating a need for a deeper dive into what makes our child unique. After a consultation, we chose to do DNA testing for our child. It was a quick 30 second swab of my child’s cheek. A few weeks later Dr. Downs sat down with us and went over our child’s results to discuss an action plan to help our child feel better and become healthier. With some dietary changes and adding specific supplements our child showed significant improvement within the first week. I cannot thank Dr. Downs and his team enough for guiding us to answers to help further our child’s overall health.
