Comments: Dr. Downs and his staff go above and beyond the standard medical practice. We have had numerous experiences with our kiddos being sick out of town and had to call Dr. Downs. Thankfully, I didn’t have to take them to an Urgent Treatment Center. We have even been in a foreign country and he went the extra mile to personally speak to the pharmacist on staff. I can’t say enough about him and his wonderful staff.
